• Buy or finance our first Class 8 truck

• Cover insurance, permits, and operating authority under our own DOT

• Fund fuel, maintenance, and working capital for the first few months We’ll hire a qualified CDL driver, paid 30% of revenue, while I handle dispatch, safety, compliance, and back office. On conservative numbers, one truck can generate $30,000–$40,000 per month in revenue, with enough margin to cover payments, build a maintenance fund, and keep cash in reserve.
