On 11th June 2018 I was served with a statutory demand for the sum of just under £20.000
This sum was for unpaid school fees
My daughter did attend a private school for primary years, during this time we had to relocate to Scotland to nurse my dying dad
When he passed we returned
Being out of work for over 2years I ever recovered, I kept the school informed at all times
Now myself and my daughter face being homeless due to the nature of the demanded served, they can force bankruptcy
Which would mean taking my home
Everything I have ever worked for
I have no living family and no friends close by
I am so stressed and upset by this situation I now face alone
As the demand was served on the 11th June and I have a period of 18days to pay in full I understand I am running out of time
