Hey y'all!!!!
So I have been given an awesome opportunity to be a part of Pine Cove's Commission Camping trip!!! I am STOKED!!! (Do people still say stoked?) My team will be going to Nicaragua January 2-12, 2016 and will be partnering with a local group to put on camp there in order to share Christ with them! WHAT COULD BE BETTER!!!
In 2 Corinthians 5:21 it says "God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." It is for this very reason, because Jesus died and became sin in our place, that we have the opportunity to live for Him in all we do, and that includes sharing the good news with everyone.
Now, here is where you come in!!! We are taking a team of 17 people and you can join our team in prayers for not only safety, but the people that we will be sharing with, our translators, and for the church body in Nicaragua. Please be in prayer with us!!!
Another way you can be a part of this is to BUY A SHIRT!!! I will be raising support for my trip and one of the ways I am doing that is through these sweet shirts, so buy one or buy more, get them for your roommates and family (matching is cool), get one for your dog, and don't forget to get an extra as backup for someone else you want to match with! The proceeds will go directly towards my commission camping trip, so it's for a good cause! Feel free to share this with anyone who you think might be interested in getting one! Every little bit counts!!!
If you would like a shirt I am asking that you donate $20 but if you choose to donate $25 (or more if you feel so led) I will throw in a custom made bookmark (whoop whoop!) that you can put in your bible to remind you to pray for this trip!
