On April 29th several of my family members lost everything to a devastating tornado in East Texas. My uncle Johnny, his daughter, and granddaughter were in the house when it was ripped apart. All of them sustained injuries requiring medical attention. My uncle has a broken ankle and many lacerations, my young cousin had to have stitches after being ripped out of her mother's arms into the storm. My cousin (a single mom) is facing surgery and a possible skin graft . She will more than likely lose one toe on each foot.
My family lives modestly and did not have a lot to begin with. They have lost 2 homes, autos, and animals. ANY AMOUNT is greatly appreciated. Many of you have reached out with kind words and concern. I cannot thank you enough. It is by God's grace that they are alive. Thank you all!
