That's exactly what's happened to my precious sister after she moved her dying husband from Louisianna to South Carolina to live with their son just as hurricane Dorian hit, then back to LAKE CHARLES to care for her daughter having two major surgeries when hurricanes Laura and Delta hit leaving both her daughter and her alive, but with nowhere to call home. She's back in South Carolina, temporarily living with her son again, looking for work and a place to call her own.
