Hi Everyone,

Ally here! Recently my niece Irelia was brought into this world by her parents Natasha (my sister) and Gabriel.

Irelia was born premature via an emergency C section and with a congenital heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot with pulmonary stenosis. So far she has been a strong little fighter and we are so proud of her!

However (even with medical insurance(!)) Irelia and Natasha's medical bills and related costs are really stacking up.

Irelia has been in the NICU for a week and is expected to be there for 6-8 weeks more.

The next few months following that, Irelia will be going back and forth to Boston to prepare for her open heart surgery and recovery and follow up from that surgery.

Natasha and Gabriel could really use support to help with the costs related to Natasha and Irelia's medical bills, the gas to visit Irelia while she is in the NICU, and the gas to get her to her appointments, surgeries and follow ups in Boston that will be coming up.

It makes me really sad that my sister wasn't able to see or hold her baby right away and won't be able to take her home for about 2 months more. Gabriel has long work commutes and the two of them often have to spend on takeout or skip meals all together to visit Irelia.

In addition to Irelia's medical issues, Natasha is recovering also from her surgery and can't bend, lift, drive or do much for a while.

Any amount you can give would be a big help and I know myself, Natasha, Gabriel and Irelia would all really appreciate it.
