Hi, my name is bhawandeep singh and I’m a student trying to hold onto hope.
Life was already hard juggling studies and part-time work, but now I’m facing something I never expected — a serious knee injury that requires urgent surgery. Every day, I wake up in pain. Walking, standing, and even sitting for too long brings discomfort. The doctors have told me this surgery is necessary — not just to relieve the pain, but to stop things from getting worse.
The cost of the surgery is $15,000 — and I don’t have insurance. I've tried everything. I applied for assistance, appealed to the insurance provider, and explored every possible option — but they’ve all said no.
I’m stuck.
As a full-time student, I don’t have the financial means to cover this on my own. I’ve already fallen behind on school and work because of the pain and limited mobility. It’s scary. I’m trying so hard to keep going, but it feels like the ground is being pulled from beneath my feet — literally and emotionally.
This surgery would mean everything to me. It would mean finishing school without constant pain. It would mean being able to walk again without fear. It would mean a second chance.
I know times are tough for many, and asking for help like this is incredibly difficult. But if you can, please consider donating or sharing my story. Every dollar — even just $5 — brings me closer to relief, to healing, and to getting my future back.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading, for caring, and for being part of this journey with me. I won’t forget your kindness
