We have created this page to help raise money for Jake's Celebration of Life. This will go towards the cost of renting the venue, food, and decortations we would like to have set up at the event. We want to make this day as special as we can for everyone who cherished him. Please keep his legacy alive, keep talking about him and sharing stories !

If you feel led to donate- his family, friends and I would greatly appreciate it. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has donated in the past to Jake. We sincerely appreciate all of the help contributed over the past few years during his battle.

This has been tough for his family and all of Jake's friends who are grieving his absence. He WAS SO LOVED and such a light in this dark world. We will never forget him!

Anything extra will be donated to something close to Jake's heart, or a charity will be started in Jake's name.

PLEASE come out to this event and celebrate the Life of our Jake Sept 20th at St. Joes Event Hall in Indianapolis, IN. (2pm- 8pm) He was so special and still is to so many people!! Anyone is welcome to come! Thank you again for your help and prayers.
