Dear friends and family,
Sam Brown is 40yrs old and lives in Oklahoma City with his wife and two teenage daughters. Sam works for Averitt Express as a Transportation Specialist. He has been in a coma and on a ventilator since January 3rd in the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital. His infection is severely affecting his pancreas, liver and kidneys. Sam's laugh and smile can light up a room, he's without a doubt the life of the party. His positive energy is infectious and he's never met a stranger. Coworkers and family all love Sam, and now he needs help. As this illness progresses, his wife and kids need support with daily bills and hospital costs.
