Jennifer’s Breast Cancer Journey
Donación protegida
Hello All,
Although I am nervous and typically don’t broadcast my personal business I want to share my truth and possibly inspire others.
November 2021 my routine mammogram came back abnormal. After a repeat mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy I was diagnosed with breast cancer December 2021. I instantly went into fight mode and knew with faith, positivity and determination I would beat cancer and knock out what was in store for me.
Following my diagnosis I had a lumpectomy sentinel node biopsy followed by four weeks of radiation and medication.
While I was focusing on my treatment, care and mental health the medical bills accumulated and are still rolling in. At this time my medical bills exceed $6,000 and my care is not completely done.
I have researched and continue to research organizations for financial support. To my surprise there’s not much out there to help someone like myself. At this time I am humbling myself and reaching out to you for support. Anything you can do whether it is a prayer, provide me with a name of an organization that provides financial support, or donate money towards my out of pocket medical treatment is greatly appreciated.
Lastly, I want to end with this, if you or a family member is going through anything similar be encouraged. Continue to put your best foot forward and fight with all that you have.
I love each of you and thank you in advance for your support.
