Meet Valerie, age 14 & Winston! Winston came all the way from Wyoming to Florida to be Valerie's wheelchair service dog! ‍

Valerie was severly injured in a car accident that resulted in many injuries. Her most significant injuriy is her spinal cord injury and subsequent paralysis and secondary complications.

Despite this, she remains positive and always tries to make others smile. Now it's time to put a smile on her face!

Winston will be living with his trainer for the next 18 months.
Winston will learn all of his basic commands and then start the rigorous and physical training to become Valerie’s wheelchair service dog. Winston will be able to open and close doors, up pick things up off the floor, and get things that are out of reach. He will be able to pull her wheelchair up ramps or over terrain that she can't navigate alone. He will serve as a brace to prevent her from falling out of her wheelchair and hopefully one day assist her in getting in-and-out of her wheelchair independently!

This is an amazing blessing both physically and emotionally for Valerie!

Here is where we need your help! Training a service dog is expensive, especially one that will be trained to work with a wheelchair. We have to raise funds for Winston's training.
Your contribution will pay for 18 months of care and training, veterinary care, bills, and food.

We would be so grateful and appreciative of any help you can provide in helping us to make this a reality for Valerie!

To help get the word out, you can share this link with others and on social media! Thank you!
