Indiana Mom Battling 2 Cancers

This is my dear friend Vicky. She is like a mom to me. She is the mother of two and grandmother to four beautiful children. In December 2016, right before Christmas, Vicky learned she has stage 3 rectal cancer. She has a long road ahead of her for treatment. She just finished her first round of Chemo and daily radiation and learned at Easter, that she also has breast cancer. The cancer has not spread, she has two separate cancers!! She was let go from her job after finding out about cancer in December. She was a major financial contributor to her family and now their finances are severely drained due to all of the cancer treatments and doctor's appointments and they no longer have her income coming in. Social security has not wanted to pay so far for temporary disability because the doctor's have not given her a death sentence but a plan of survival--but she needs money to pay for it. The money donated will go to the treatment for the cancers and helping Vicky with day to day needs.
