My name is Jack, and I am a transgender man and Marine Corps vet. I served from 2006-2011 as a linguist under both DATD and the transgender service ban.
I'm currently employed, but my insurance refuses to cover my top surgery. They consider it cosmetic, even though I am trying to make my body conform to who I am. The total cost for my surgery is roughly $6500. Thanks for reading. I hope you can help.
