The 3P in Africa Team: After 3 Years, We Are Established

The 3P in Africa Team, under the leadership of Harry Derbitsky of ACT Training Inc., began its journey three years ago. Today, it stands as a firmly established, grassroots movement that has helped create African teachers and introduced the Three Principles (3P) to thousands of wise souls across Africa. Our work, at present, is primarily based in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania, with growing outreach in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, and Burundi.

The team is both diverse and deeply committed. It includes two Canadians—original students of Sydney Banks from Salt Spring Island—alongside with an educator from Germany and the United States, and an estimated 50–200 dedicated African 3P educators. Together, they lead programs in refugee camps, schools, youth initiatives, women’s groups, community outreach projects, orphanages, hospitals and alcohol recovery centers.

What sets the 3P in Africa Team apart is its foundation:

no marketing, minimal funding, and a strong commitment to preserving the spiritual integrity of the Three Principles. The growth and impact of this work reflect the power of insight, the resilience of the African spirit, and the universal truth at the heart of the Three Principles.

A Few Key Highlights:

• The successful launch and operation of the 3P Nakivale Alcohol Program

• Every 6 month full day seminar—for example, in early December, 2025 on 3P & God at the Homa Bay Church for Africa and the World

• The successful weekly training for women in Tanzania and Nakivale Refugee Camp

. 3P Nakivale Addiction & Mental Health Team sharing teachings in 10 communities/villages in Nakivale Refugee Camp

• The free Zahara Curriculum Series, including “Zahara Asks What is Love?” and “Zahara Teaches What is Love? in the school systems, along with My Guide Inside currriculum

• Teachings of Pastors

• Powerful penetration in the school systems and orphanages in Uganda

• Successful development of Homa Bay Orphanage, Kenya

• Nursing program in Tanzania
