Academy-nominated, Emmy-winning director Kimberlee Acquaro's "3 Years With Bianca" tells the story of a birth mother letting her newborn son go. In their 3 days together in the hospital Bianca told her child of her hopes and dreams. She whispered of the struggles and pain she experienced and of the wonderful life she wanted for him, a life that she never had.  Then she placed him in the arms of another mother. 

3 days turned into 3 years. Bianca visited and shared her child's life, first smiles, first steps, she heard him say "I love you".

Then, suddenly and tragically, Bianca lost the struggle to rise above the circumstances of her life.  A week before her 35th birthday she was gone.  With the sadness and grief came something unexpected. Bianca had placed several other children for adoption. As their families discovered one another,  sisters and brothers they never knew existed, they pieced together the complicated story of Bianca's life and the gift of love she gave them all. 

The next phase of fund raising will be used to tell Bianca's story through her extended family and to memorialize her life in film for her children.

A portion of proceeds from the finished film will be contributed to a better future for the 3 young children Bianca was raising when she passed.
