Help Fund Funeral Of Tad Scoggins

Lafayette "Tad" Scoggins, passed away at age 20 on April 18, 2017. On April 15th, Tad attempted to take his own life and as a result of this spent 4 days in the ICU at blessing hospital. Our family spent restless hours waiting, hoping he would recover. But on April 18th our family received the news none of us were wanting to hear, that a loving, caring, bubbly, son, brother, nephew, and grandson, had been taken from his family and left us to be with God. Sandy Piper, his mother, and Lafayette, father & step mom (Tammy) Scoggins have unexpectedly lost their son & are now having to cover the costs of a burial service.
