We are starting this fundraiser for Suzie as she battles advanced lung cancer. She is my oldest, dearest friend since I met her on my first day of school. She is one of the best people you could possibly meet and she lights up all of our lives.

It is unimaginable to us all that she has this fight in front of her right now. We want to support her as much as we can as she throws everything at it.

Suzie is a much loved friend, partner, daughter, aunt, and sister. She is adored by everyone who has ever known her. Suzie is ferociously independent and always thinking of others. She always puts everyone before herself. Sadly, now she is the one who needs support.

In July, Suzie was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, which has spread to her brain. She has started intensive treatment, including brain surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and immunotherapy.

Let's surround her with love, care, and support.

Whilst undergoing treatment, Suzie will be unable to work. She and her partner need help to cover medical expenses, rent, daily living costs, and other needs during this incredibly difficult time.
