Hello, I'm John Bullard, am 26 years old, and have Cerebral Palsy. I live with my family and love the time we spend together. It has become increasingly difficult for me as of late to participate in very important activities, all of which contribute to my life, without a safe accessible wheelchair van. I have goals and needs I want to work on, like getting my GED, participating in activities with friends, and staying involved in my church, all very special. Also important is the need for transportation for therapy and for medical needs.
