It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Matthew Peeler on Monday, August 4th, 2025. Matthew was only 36 years old and had spent most of his life in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Matthew was a genuinely loving, caring, intelligent, and inquisitive person who made everyone around him feel welcomed and valued. Known for his friendly and inviting nature, Matthew brought people together, making their home a constant gathering place for friends and loved ones.

Matthew passionately pursued his hobbies, including working on cars, playing Magic: The Gathering, gaming on his Nintendo Switch, and exploring the world of IT networking. Through determination and hard work, Matthew rapidly built a successful career in IT, transforming his life through dedicated self-study and perseverance.

During this incredibly difficult time, we are reaching out to the community to support Matthew’s loved ones with funeral expenses and related financial responsibilities. Our goal is to raise $15,000, which will help cover funeral costs and assist his girlfriend, Breannah Wilds, with expenses such as mortgage payments and preparing their home for sale.
