Last week, 16-year-old Seven was in a devastating car accident. He was flown to the hospital and has been in the ICU ever since, fighting through the most critical stage of his recovery.

Seven suffered a severe traumatic brain injury. Over the past 24 hours, he has undergone multiple brain surgeries, including having both sides of his skull removed to relieve pressure and save his life. He remains on a ventilator and deeply sedated while his body works to heal.

Despite everything he’s been through, Seven is stable, and the medical team says this is the best possible news they could hope for at this stage. But his journey is just beginning, and the financial burden is overwhelming.

The Rupp family has already endured so much. Ava and Seven lost their mom to cancer when they were young, and Luke is their only parent. This fundraiser has been requested by the family to help cover the overwhelming practical and financial strain so they can focus on Seven through this crisis.

It will help cover the family’s immediate needs - travel to the hospital, parking, meals, time away from work, and anything else required while they remain at Seven’s side.
