Bring Mark Home!!

Please help us in supporting the Jost family during this challenging time. In early August Mark Jost was diagnosed with a Melanoma tumor on the frontal lobe of his brain, he underwent surgery right away to have it removed. Before he was able to start radiation therapy, he was admitted to the hospital on September 10th for a blood clot in his leg. He was in the hospital for nearly 5 weeks for numerous health complications. When he started having unrelenting migraines a new CT/MRI showed that he had more bleeding (a tennis ball sized hematoma). On Monday, October 15th, he underwent a second craniotomy surgery to remove the hematoma. The doctors also discovered that the melanoma was back and located on the dura mater, this tumor cannot be removed. The new plan is for Mark to recover from the surgery and go to acute rehab in Santa Barbara. The hope is that he can start radiation treatments in two weeks. He has been in the hospital now for over five weeks with Ginny making the 90 minute drive to and from the hospital almost daily since he was admitted. Let's help out the Jost family and try to alleviate some of the financial stress that accompanies this degree of medical treatment. Donations will go directly to the Josts to use for medical expenses and other necessities for the family. Whether you are able to make a financial contribution or not, prayers are also requested for their family during this time. Thank you for your love and support, we all know this family deserves it all!
