My name is Jessica I am a single mom. I have 3 kids 2 of which are still in school. I was recently diagnosed with high grade neuroendocrine carcinoma which is a rare and aggressive cancer and I am currently on medical leave from work while I go through chemo treatments. I hate asking for help but unfortunately I am struggling to keep up with bills and I also have medical bills coming in and I haven't even been able to think about buying Christmas gifts.
