Just need some $$ to float me for another month. (HOA & Mortgage) plus lots of upfront costs to sell the townhouse before the move. The affordable housing has to stay affordable housing so i am not profiting from it.

I am German and a Taurus so very stubborn.. this is truly heartbreaking for me to ask for help.
