Help Save Our Family Home

Hello everyone. Just figured I’d maybe try this because I’ve heard good things and my sister and I are kinda running out of options… my sister Kyra Snyder (25) and I (Madison Snyder, 21) were apart of a family of four, a dysfunctional family, but a family. Back in December, a tree fell on my family home. As some may know, my stubborn as a bull father stayed in the house and was forgoing plans for a remodel come May. March of this year (my sisters birthday month) we endured terrible news. March 5th I got a call my mom fell unconscious and was taken to the hospital around 4 am. I rushed over, expecting mediocre news when they informed me she had a catastrophic brain hemorrhage and most people in her position never wake. A day later, they pronounced her brain dead at 5:15pm. My Dad, sister and I were left devastated, I mean, our Mom was the glue that held us together… everyone kept telling us all that our Mother would want us to keep going, with the confidence that we have endured from her. With my dad’s underlying health conditions and his love for my mother, and of course considering everything he was already dealing with the house etc… he kinda gave up on himself. He loved us and wanted nothing more than to be there but he too had tragically left us, his family and friends peacefully, as his mom found him the morning of Wednesday, March 29th. Not even within 30 days, both parents gone. With all of this there is so much left to do, with guidance from few but not from our parents. There was no will, and there is a lot to deal with and pay for… including an attorney to deal with everything, the payments on our family home with a tree still in it.. it’s just a lot.
