Live Like Lippy Paddle Out - Saturday, May 3rd

Yesterday we held the paddle out at Blackies in honor of Lippy and it was nothing short of beautiful! The love and support shown by family and friends was positively overwhelming. Seeing so many people come together to celebrate his life was heart warming.

To everyone that has donated to support the Lippman family thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Your generosity and kindness have made a real difference during this incredibly difficult time. We are deeply grateful for your continued love and support.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the loss of our dear friend, Scott Lipman “Lippy” who recently passed away (4/28/25) after a courageous battle with cancer. Lippy was not only a friend to many of us, but also the definition of strength, kindness and unwavering positivity.

Whether you knew him as from surfing the lineup, classmate, neighbor or lifelong companion, you likely witnessed firsthand the joy he brought into every room and the impact he had on so many lives. His resilience, generosity, and infectious spirit will forever stay with us.

To honor Lippy’s life and support his family during this difficult time, we’ve started this GoFundMe campaign. Funds raised will go toward funeral costs, medical bills, and to support family needs. Any contribution big or small, is a way to show love, gratitude and support.
