Do it for Dillon!

Dillon Kwarta is a beautiful, dimpled little boy with a heartbreaking
story:Dillon turned two in February this year and four weeks later he was
diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Thank God his pediatricians
looked further into what was thought to be a virus or the flu! The news was
beyond shocking and has changed our family forever. Luckily Dillon is a tough,
resilient and strong little boy! With the help of some incredible people at
Winthrop Hospital and the love of family and friends, Dillon will hopefully
beat this disease and inspire all of us.
What is ALL? Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) is a cancer of the bone marrow and blood that progresses rapidly without treatment. ALL is the most common type of cancer in children ages 1-7 and over 48,000 people in the United States are expected to be diagnosed with Leukemia this year. Treatment for ALL is a long-term process. Chemotherapy and other treatment for the disease may take three years or more to complete. Thanks to developments in treatment and care, most children with ALL can be cured.
It's impossible to plan for a tragic life event like this. Every week, the bills come in and they have already accumulated into the thousands. We are asking for your help to support Dillon's battle with ALL. On some days, you would never know this is a child living with cancer because his smile is always so bright.
Please consider helping my nephew through this process. We hope to raise as much money as we can to support Dillon's fight. Your generous contribution will ensure this family's ability to give Dillon the care he needs now and for years to come!
Thank you so much for your help and prayers are greatly appreciated!!
