My Name is Ally Nettles , I am married to an amazing man , his name is David Christan Nettles "Chris" !
Well to start off with me and my husband worked together everday at Bon Secour Fisheries , We live together , we spend all of our time with one another , recentlty married in October of 2016 , So i guess what I am saying is I know when something is not right with him , for one he is never sick , he will still go to work even if he feels like he cant , but the week he begain to get sick a couple of months ago , he just plain could not get up and go , he missed a couple of days , so unlike him , to missing a week of work , I knew something was not right ! Finnaly when he told me he was hurting in his chest and having sharp pains , even though we had already been to the ER a couple of times , the found it to be nothing , well he countinutied to get worse , so we went back to ER , I personally was thinking he had walking pneumonia ,, So as the ran every test posible , we waited and waited , NEVER TO THINK , That they would come in the room and tell us he had a mass on his left kidney , and it was cancer , We were just lost for words , when you just hear the word cancer its a very scary thing to hear and fear , and we was told he was going to have to have a Nephrectomy, A surgical procedure to remove the whole Kidney ,, My husband is curently in the hospital now in a great deal of pain , he had it removed yesterday , and is exspected to be in for a couple more days ,, He is exspected to be out of work for 3 to 4 weeks ,, As he does have some vaction time saved it will help for about a week ,, He was in the Air Force for 13 years and he had an Honarable Discharge ,, So there for he has to travel to the VA hospital , He is the head of the house hold and not only will it just be travel and medication exspence , but being out of work for right at a month , that is $500 weekly of income we will not have ,, any form of help would be greatly appreciated ,, we have rent coming up that is due to be paid , as well as our electric , we are asking for just a little help for us to be able to keep our bills paid , and to be able to get him well and recovered ,, ofcorce his income also povided our groceries evry week as well ,, we are not the type to ask for help , but in this situtaion we feel it is necessary , For now my husband is a Cancer Survivor and we just want to be able to pull through this with a little help and prayers as well ,, We thank from the bottom of our hearts for anything that you may can do to contribute, at this time of need . You never know when something like this can happen and there is no way to be prepared for it really ,, so as I am writing this for my husband ,, If nothing else please just keep us in your prayers , for Chris to have a speedy and successful recovery !!!
