Help D’Andrell Wood Fight Breast Cancer

Hi, my name is D’Andrell Wood. I'm a mother of a beautiful 16-year-old, a loving daughter and sister.

Life is beautiful but so unpredictable, to say the least. Just days after my 36th birthday in August this year, I was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer. I've been told that this is the most aggressive form of breast cancer, therefore immediate treatment is required.

I have spent my entire career working in the hospitality sector here in The Bahamas. Since the pandemic, like so many, I lost my job. But, just this year I have gained new employment. Despite this fact, as one may imagine, cancer treatments are extremely costly. My family and I are left to cover the expenses which have created an unexpected financial burden. We need your help to fight this battle and win against breast cancer.
