Johnny is a full-time employee with ADB and has been a loyal employee for close to 10 years. Last year, Johnny was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He underwent a leave of absence from work to have prostate removal. During his at-home recovery, he started experiencing more complications, only to discover 3 months later he would be diagnosed with heart disease. Due to his critical condition, he needed to have open-heart surgery immediately. Johnny underwent a successful valve replacement and triple bypass. He is still on the road to recovery and has a long way to go. He has now been out of work for 7 months and hopes to return to work soon.
