Otto is an incredible dog. He has help me comfort rescue cats and dogs, he is the Tower Protest dog, he helped alert me to a fire on my neighbor's property saving a structure, and he is the most gentle soul. He had a terrible incident happen and the ER bills at the moment are almost at $3000. If any one an help I would appreciate it.
