My baby Bart is exactly that, my big baby. He is the sweetest 130lb dog you will ever meet. He is a mastiff German shepherd and I have had him since he was 6 weeks old. He is almost 4 years old and he is my best friend.

My dog Bart has recently become very sick. He has recently been diagnosed with chylothorax. He has fluid in his abdomen and chest, and he has already had over 4.5L of fluid removed. He is needing to have the fluid (chyle) drained from his chest again because he is having difficulty breathing. I am going to have to continue to get his chest drained while we hope that his thoracic duct heals. The vet would like to place a chest tube to keep the fluid out and allow the thoracic duct to heal.

This is more than I can afford and I have already invested in multiple test to finally find this uncommon disease.

If you can help save my best friend I would forever be grateful. It is heart breaking to not be able to help him
