Richard "Richie" Rosas was one of a kind. The most loving son, brother, father, uncle, grandson, brother in law, cousin and friend! Always made everyone laugh no matter who you were, and always left any place with many new friends. We are collecting money to help with funeral expenses and any remainder will go to his two young children!!
