Stephanie Tozzi, 28, of Gaylordsville, adoring mother of two small children, died as the result of a car accident on Monday, January 25th. She was born in New Milford on January 1, 1988, cherished daughter of Robert and Ann Marie (Stephens) Tozzi.
Stephanie was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She enjoyed music, dancing, summer fun, and traveling. Her outgoing personality, great sense of humor and beautiful smile could light up a room. She truly loved the season of Christmas and showed her holiday spirit throughout the family home.
In addition to her children Sophia (4) and Gianni (2), Stephanie will always be adored by her parents, Bob of the New Milford Police Department, and Ann Marie; she will be sadly missed by her two brothers, Nicholas and Robert Tozzi, II; her grandparents, Al and Fran Tozzi, and Ann Stephens; many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members. She is also survived by her children's grandparents, Roxanne Turco, and Steve and Lori Turco; and the father of her children, Jon Turco.
Proceeds will be used to help the family with medical bills for Sophia's injuries from the accident and any additional funds will be held in trust for Sophia and Gianni.
The outpouring of love & support that has been shown to our family in the past few days has been incredible and we are forever thankful to you all.
