Mindys Surgery Expenses

As most of you know Mindy has been sick for almost two years. In the summer of 2015 she finally got a diagnosis of pancreatic duct stones after many ER, hospital, and Dr visits. This is rare so no surgeon around here will touch her. Today, March 27th, 2017 Mindy finally got the news that we all have been waiting to hear since 2016, her pancreas will be removed on May 19th, 2017. This will not be a normal surgery. With removing the pancreas, surgeons will also be removing her spleen, gallbladder, some of her intestines, and transplanting her pancreas islets into her liver to hopefully prevent becoming a diabetic the rest of her life. This is a serious surgery that will be performed in Minnesota. After surgery her and a caregiver have to stay there for at least 6 weeks. That means Mindy will not be working and will need a temporary place to stay out there. I'm setting up this gofundme to help with the expenses she will need while in Minnesota. Any little bit helps!
