We have a great friend and member of our car club who is a wonderful person going through tough times. She is currently battling cancer on her 11th treatment. Unfortunately, she was laid off her job when she became sick and has now run out of unemployment claim coverage. Her daughter, who lives with her, has also unfortunately been recently laid off. We are hoping to help her pay her expenses until she is done with her treatments, and she and her daughter can get back on their feet.
