Hey I’m Alfie, I’m 13 years old and have a little sister who is 2 this month. She has a condition called cystic fibrosis, I’ve decided in the summer holidays I’d like to try and raise some money towards the cystic fibrosis trust. So I’ve decided im going to run 3k a day for 5 weeks. My little sister goes through a lot on a daily basis. She has numerous medications daily physio, as well as monthly hospital appointments. Yearly chest X-rays & bloods. If anyone could help me in any little way to help the trust. Me and the family would appreciate it. I will be doing daily photos/ video diary of this.
