Braxton’s road to recovery

Hello Family and Friends-

My sweet boy Braxton was attacked on Saturday, Jan 13th by two large German Shepherd’s while on our regular morning walk. These two large dogs came behind without a sound.  (I can’t get the image of Braxton's initial injuries off my mind!). Braxton was critically injured and has been in urgent care vet hospital since the attack.
So far Braxton has had:
-8 drainages coming from his body
-Countless stitches
-On heavy pain medication
-High fever from the infections
-Needs a CT scan
-May need his right kidney removed

You can imagine the vet bills have been piling up and it’s way over my head.

The  owners just contacted me this afternoon (after I posted the gofundme page)  and advised that they reported the incident to their homeowner's insurance. I am not sure what the outcome will be and there is no guarantee until I speak with someone  until I find out their position.

I can’t let Braxton down.

It is very difficult for me to ask for help, but I am in desperate need of financial help to pay for the enormous vet bills. Anything you can do to contribute to Braxton medical bills will be immensely appreciated, more than you can ever imagined!

From the bottom of my heart thank you in advance, Ayrika and Braxton❤️

Hugs and Slurps
