Hello, my name is Louis, I am the president of Safe Care Missions International in Canada. Our co-founder Wayne Wagner is having medical issues in Mexico. He is needing life saving surgery on his heart along with some other organ issues. He has received 4 stents so far and the medical cost are still rising. This man has given a good part of his life to help children in Mexico. Giving many of them a permanent home in their orphanage and also helping the community with free daycare for parents that need to work but cannot afford child care.
