We’re raising $50,000 to help cover urgent legal fees for a beloved father, husband, and friend, a three-time war veteran who honorably served our country in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the United Arab Emirates. This veteran has sacrificed so much in the line of duty. After years of silently enduring the invisible wounds of war, PTSD, repressed childhood trauma, and most recently, the loss of his job as an electrician, he is now facing the most difficult chapter of his life.

During a severe mental health crisis, he was involved in a serious altercation that has led to significant legal challenges. This heartbreaking situation stems not from malice, but from years of untreated trauma and PTSD, burdens far too many veterans quietly carry.

We are seeking funds to secure strong legal representation that will advocate for mental health treatment over incarceration. This veteran is a hero in the eyes of his 8-year-old daughter, who mournfully shared, “A part of my soul is gone without Dad.” He is a devoted husband who has been with his wife for 27 years, they’ve known each other since childhood, he is a deeply loved member of his community.

His family is doing everything they can, but they can’t do this alone.
