Assistance for Mr. Jerry Hogue

This account has been started to help my dear friend, Jerry Hogue. He has been a life-long musician and band director and has directed his community band, the County Line Community Band, since 1985 when it was known as the Village Band of Floresville. 

Today his home burned down to the ground making him homeless. He has lost everything: instruments, music, and many personal items. Thankfully, he was not in the home, but was out of town visiting friends so he is safe. Unfortunately, everything he has accumulated over his lifetime is gone. 

This is a man that if you knew him, you'd know he has a generous heart. He has been known to give his last $20 to someone who might be down on thier luck with no regard to his own needs. He's passionate about his community band and about the people that participate in it. 

This money will be used to help him get new clothes,  make other living arrangements and hopefully replace his primary instrument: a trumpet. 

With a grateful heart, I thank you for your consideration in giving a generous donation to help my friend Jerry. It will definitely make a difference in the life of someone who has positively impacted the lives of so many.
