Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of A Lust For Life’s early prevention mental health schools programmes which are free to schools. A Lust For Life is a youth mental health charity focused on giving the children of Ireland the mental health education and tools that will help them enhance and protect their mental health so they can thrive. As part of A Lust For Life Rising 2024 campaign I am rising up by swimming 750 metres in Killary Fjord before climbing Carrantouhill tomorrow with Bressie & the team. Every donation will help.
