Support Nate's Journey to Full Recovery

Donation protected
Our friend Nathan Anderson is facing a very challenging time this spring and summer. This year, he’s not able to enjoy his carpentry projects for his valued clients, friends, and family. He’s also missing jamming with his band and friends, the Mubbla Buggs.

Nate suffered a stroke on Mar. 23. The past 2 months have been difficult. He was hospitalized and then admitted to in-patient intensive rehabilitation for 3 weeks, and then home to continue the healing process and work to regain the mobility and strength he lost. His recovery and outlook seemed on track, but he experienced 2 more stroke episodes since and found himself back in the ER and hospital, which temporarily interrupted his recovery efforts! His summer calendar now consists of exhaustive PT and OT therapies and various rehab appointments. Paralysis of his right side hinders the use of his dominant hand and arm and has compromised his leg strength and coordination. The good news is that Nate's long-term prognosis is optimistic, but it will require many months of diligent work.

We need to rally around this wonderful man! If you are able to donate to help Nate and Jane with their expenses so they can focus on getting Nate back on his feet, they’d really appreciate it. Let’s get him swinging a hammer, playing the guitar again, and doing all the things that make Nate - Nate!
