My name is Lisa and my goal is to get back to work as soon as possible. After physical therapy from lumbar spine surgery is completed in January (repercussions from a bad car accident while in a drive-thru restaurant, earlier this year), I still need SECOND cervical spine surgery.   I need a little help from my friends because my disability payments ended abruptly 3 months ago (even though doctor has NOT released me to return to work), causing me to deplete all savings accounts and credit cards to keep the bills paid. Without a paycheck coming in, I am not eligible  for a loan. I desperately need a little help from my friends, now more than ever.  Not only do I have the insurance deductibles to meet again as the year changes in a few weeks, I desperately need help to keep electricity on AND  eat as I have been wiped out financially from this car accident, that I was not at fault with.
