A good friend of mine recently has fallen on hard times. Hank Laurence was involved in a severe accident this past week and sustained numerous life threatening injuries. He is currently in a hospital in Ft Worth. His wife stated he has a broken C6 vertebra, a femur broken in three places, a collapsed lung, all but three ribs broken, a brain bleed, a herniated bowel stuck in a herniated muscle and numerous other smaller injuries. I had the privilege of serving with Hank in Iraq, running convoy security, and have continued to be friends for the past 12 years. He is one hell of a soldier and an exceptional man. Hank is the father of four beautiful children and has worked his tail off to provide for his beautiful family. Our goal is to help with the household bills (i.e. Mortgage, utilities, etc). We don't know when he will be able to return to the work force, but it will definitely be numerous months. I've never done a request like this before but I feel that this is a man and children are worthy and deserving of our support. Please help us in reaching this goal.
