Jerome Scott Avery is an amazing father, son, brother, friend and man. He has volunteered his time over the years to coach Brady’s teams such as basketball, baseball and soccer. He’s a hard working, loyal man who never complains. He has struggled with Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 15 and now his heart is failing. He will need open heart surgery soon and will most likely need to stay in San Diego for a period of time after the surgery. On top of this surgery, he also needs a kidney and pancreas transplant. For now, his heart comes first. Our 9 year old son Brady is being so brave and helpful. His dad is his BEST FRIEND. Whatever you can donate I APPRECIATE IMMENSLEY.
