Basketball Missions - Philippines

Dear Friends, Family, and Ministry Partners,

An exciting ministry opportunity has recently opened up for me before I graduate from highschool.

In April, I am going to be able to join "Good News Hoops" basketball team as we travel to Singapore and Manila, Philippines for a 13-day evangelistic missions trip.

While in the Philippines, we are going to be able to participate in reaching a growing generation of teens and young adults who are becoming dissatisfied with traditional Filipino morality and are seeking answers from the Western world. Sadly, they are fast becoming worldly and secular. Our goal, is to use the popularity of American basketball to connect with young men. We will be hosting several games, tournaments, and even free coaching clinics all with the intent to reach people with the gospel, and then to connect them to local Bible-preaching churches. The dates are April 12-25, 2017, and I am excited to see what God is going to do through the preaching of His Word.

Please pray specifically for our team and for each one of us individually, that we would walk in the Spirit, and be clear with the gospel that many souls would come to faith in Christ.

Travel, lodging, meals, evangelistic material, and miscellaneous costs are going to be around $2000 per team member. Perhaps, God would burden your heart to partner with us financially in this endeavor. Any financial donations in helping me with my portion of the trip would be greatly appreciated.
