Donate for Life-Changing Top Surgery

Friends, fam, and strangers - it's time. It's time for me to take my next move and get the chest of my dreams! Or at least a chest that lets me have dreams.

My story isn't everyone's story, but it still shares some commonalities. The confusion in childhood, in school. The desire to wake up in a different body. The pain as my chest grew, as I tried to embrace femininity (and my chest, I thought).

The pain of my ribs and shoulders creaking after years of binder wearing.

The pain of desperately wanting to see a torso in the mirror that feels like mine.

Top surgery is very expensive, especially when you don't have insurance, and you're a freelancer. I'm estimating whether I stay in GA or get it done out of state, I'm probably looking at $10,000+ out of pocket.

The goal is high, but the impact this surgery will make on my life is immense.

I'll be doing my own work too, trying to source grants, starting to save what I can. I don't have the credit for loans, unfortunately, so this is where I'm at.
