Friends and Family,

As you may know I need a kidney transplant and I was on Peritoneal Dialysis for 10 years. It's a less invasive form of dialysis. Recently in the past 4-5 weeks I've had set back in health and had to be put on Hemo Dialysis. I now have to attend an in clinic therapy 3 days a week. These clinic visits are mandatory as they are keeping me alive. Unfortunately I've had to stop working for the time being and just need a little help until I am able to work out a schedule that can fit my new lifestyle. If you can help I would really appreciate it. If you cannot help financially please pray for me. I have been praying for strength and endurance as this has been most challenging obstacle I have faced so far with my health. I appreciate your support and I am forever grateful.

In addition I have just learned I now also need open heart surgery, and it will be a recovery that I will need more funds for as well. Everything seems to be happening all at once but I am grateful for your prayers and any help you can offer would be deeply appreciated.
