Help Kevin on his recovery journey!!

Hello, my name is Jennifer and my husband, Kevin Ketterling, just spent 40 days in the hospital due to liver and kidney failure. Despite the doctors telling me from day 1 to kiss him goodbye, he survived through 12 days in ICU and the rest in the surgical ward to keep his promise to me. Before he was intubated in the ICU, he told me he was a fighter and was not going to die from this. Now that he is home, we have a long journey of getting his health back. Between dialysis, home health nurses, physical therapy, occupational therapy, doctors appointments, lab work and soon to start nutrition and mental health counseling, etc… we have at least one to two appointments a day. I have taken time off work to be by his side through the hospital and now his journey of recovery. Trying to get signed up for FMLA for me and disability for Kevin is still in process, so his lifesaving bills are building up and causing stress.
