Help Needed Emergency

My name is Laura and I am fundraising for a dear friend of mine. Shirline Franz. I met Shirline over 30 years ago at Medinah Christian School where my daughter attended. Shirline worked in the daycare. She married Pastor Franz and together they created Church of the Comforter. Pastor became ill and Shirline took care of him until his death 7 years ago. Since that time, faith lead her to nursing school. She tried to keep the home but bills mounted. She had to let it go and since has found herself struggling living from one rental bedroom in a house to another. Her job with a home care facility does not pay enough to cover car payments, repairs, room rental and food, all the very basic needs to live. Her passion has always been ministry. She ministers to women in abused situations and she often does weekly Face Book broadcasts encouraging and teaching the word of God. She never strays on her faith and continues to pray for others. She herself is in need of a miracle. Her heart is heavy and burdened. She is too young for SS and HUD housing and she is trying to keep afloat avoiding a homelessness situation.

Thus fundraiser is to raise money to help get her into an apartment as she’s facing homelessness by year end. I am doing this as a way to pay it forward to some one who has blessed me.
